Connect BrainSpark to Gong

BrainSpark can process supported Gong conversations using your organization’s configured workflows.

Connect Gong

1. Sign in to BrainSpark.
2. Open Integration Center.
3. Select Gong.
4. Enter your Gong credentials or complete the supported authorization flow.
5. Save your configuration.
6. Verify that Gong shows as connected.

Verify the connection

Complete a supported conversation and confirm that BrainSpark processes it successfully.
